An inhuman and cruel video from Madhya Pradesh's capital city Bhopal has gone viral in which a man, in his twenties, can be seen picking up one of two dogs roaming near him and throwing it into the lake and laughing. The incident sparked social media outrage after which a case was registered under Indian Penal Code section 429 (mischief by killing or maiming any animal). The man has been traced by the police.
