Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who is lodged in a Rohtak jail under sexual assault charges, was given one-day parole to meet his ailing mother. Gurmeet was taken from the Rohtak's Sunaria jail to a secret location to meet his mother. Gurmeet, who is serving a 20-year jail term for raping two of his disciples, had sought an “emergency parole” to meet his ailing mother by submitting some documents.
