In a horrific incident, a Madhya Pradesh-based woman brutally thrashed and hung from a tree by her father and her brothers for trying to run away from her husband’s house. A video of the incident went viral on social media, prompting Alirajpur police to take action. Four people were arrested in connection with the incident after an FIR was registered against them. The incident happened on June 28 at Bade Pool Talao village.
