Mumbai attacks case: David Headley will not be extradited to India

A US attorney who opposed the bail plea of Mumbai attack accused David Headley, told a federal court that Headley can't be extradited to India. However, Pakistani-origin Canadian businessman co-conspirator Tahawwur Rana will face extradition. Rana tried to defend himself by and avoid the extradition by saying that US' decision not to extradite his co-conspirator, Headley, to India is inconsistent and bars his extradition.
