Swiss investigators are claiming Sepp Blatter was well aware of a World Cup broadcasting contract that was breached illegally. He also knew FIFA will lose millions of dollars. FIFA had written off a $3.8 million debt from a Caribbean TV contract signed in 2005 by then-FIFA president Blatter and vice president Jack Warner. The deal was later found to be illegally handled by Blatter himself aiding Warner’s corruption.
