SIT team arrests one accused in Gauri Lankesh murder case

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the murder of journalist-activist Gauri Lankesh has arrested one accused in connection with the crime. Rushikesh Devdikar Murali, who was primarily involved in the conspiracy to murder, was arrested in Dhanbad district on Thursday. SIT will produce Murali before the jurisdictional judicial magistrate on Friday. Lankesh was the editor of the Gauri Lankesh Patrike.
