Deadly shooting reported near the headquarters of Russia’s Federal Security Service in central Moscow. The reporter said that up to three people had been killed. The statement was also issued that the assailant had been “neutralized” and was being identified. The security officers stated that unknown people opened fire near building 12 on the Bolshaya Lubyanka street. It was declared that several people were wounded.
