Thieves buy plot in Jaipur for Rs. 90 lakh, dig tunnel to steal box of silver from doctor’s house

In what sound like a movie story in the first go, thieves dug a tunnel into the basement of a doctor from a neighbouring plot which they allegedly purchased for Rs. 90 lakh, to steal a box of silver. The theft happened at the residence of Dr. Sunit Soni, a resident of Jaipur’s Vaishali Nagar locality. “We have zeroed on a few suspects and have leads. We might get a breakthrough in the case very soon," said ACP Rai Singh Beniwal.
