UP police arrests cop who allegedly tipped off Vikas Dubey on raid

Vinay Tiwari, the suspended Police officer who tipped off the absconding gangster Vikas Dubey of the police raid in which 8 cops of Uttar Pradesh were killed, has been arrested. Tiwari was in charge of police station near Dubey's village and allegedly watered down charges against the gangster in earlier cases. Tiwari was sent to suspension on Sunday along with another cop named KK Sharma, after the investigation began.
