Vikas dubbey's family seek euthanasia after reports of harassment

Richa Dubey claims that authorities have harassed her and her family to the point that they no longer want to live. Richa went on to say that while her husband's actions were wrong, punishing her and other family members for the crimes he did is also wrong. Dubey had earlier attacked and brutally killed 8 police officers in Bikru, including the DSP, as they attempted to apprehend the notorious criminal.
