Vikas Dubey was accompanied by many politicians after killing BJP leader in 2001, 25 eye-witness cops turned hostile

Manoj Shukla, the brother of dead BJP leader Santosh Shukla who was killed in 2001 in a police station by gangster Vikas Dubey, said the gangster was accompanied by many politicians in court at the time of surrender. "Their gesture was to ensure he did not get caught by the police." Shukla further said 25 cops including the investigating officer, all eyewitness to the crime, turned hostile one after another.
