The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force killed Amar Dubey, a close aid of gangster Vikas Dubey and a history-sheeter, in an encounter at Moudaha in Uttar Pradesh's Hamirpur district early on Wednesday morning. Dubey was in the list that the cops prepared after the encounter in Kanpur where 8 policemen were killed. The Uttar Pradesh Police had formed at least 20 dedicated teams to nab gangster Vikas Dubey.
