After the Rewari raper survivor's family returned the Rs 2 lakh cheque given by Haryana's Khattar government and demanded justice, AAP's Haryana Chief Naveen Jaihind has said that honour cannot be valued with money and he will give Rs 20 lakh to any BJP leader willing to be raped by 10 people and undergo the survivor's trauma. While he was trying to raise a point, his statement was grossly inappropriate.
