Alok Nath's plea to stop Vinta from defaming him rejected by court

A plea filed by Alok Nath has been rejected by the City Civil Court in Dindoshi against Vinta Nanda to stop her from speaking to media about the rape allegations she has put against him. Earlier in October, Nath and his wife filed a case against Vinta asking 1 Rupee for defaming him and seeking a ban on her from speaking anything publicly that will defame him further. Vinta's lawyer called it to be a great victory for women.
