'Badhaai Ho' makers gets notice to cut some scenes

A recently released movie 'Badhaai Ho', who is about to enter 100 crore club, is getting into trouble as Delhi government's Health Department has issued a notice to the director, producers and actors and asked them to cut asking smoking scenes as well brand promotions of tobacco products from the film. Additional Director (Health), Dr S K Arora, said such scenes are violations under section 5 of COTPA.
