Weeks after a drone strike by US military in Kabul, which was aimed at eliminating ISIS terrorists, it has been revealed that the strike killed 10 civilians, including 7 children. The 'mistake' was conceded by General Frank McKenzie, the commander of the US Central Command, who apologised for the 'tragic outcome' while briefing reporters.
