Tamil Nadu groom's friends gift him Petrol as wedding gift

Rising petrol price is a concern in India today. However, amid that, a groom in Tamil Nadu received 5-litre petrol as a wedding gift from his friends and a 39-seconds long video of that gift has gone viral since then. The petrol price has touched Rs 85 in Tamil Nadu and the gift is symbolic of a commodity worthy of being given as wedding gift. One of the tweets described it as “memes turned into reality”.
