India and China are two of the world's fastest-growing economies but both the countries are struggling to curb the industrial wastes and reduce the pollution level. The air quality has been severely hampered due to the pollution, specially in India. HFC or hydrofluorocarbons are the gases that contribute immensely to global warming and are 12,000 times harmful than CO2. India, China reportedly releases 15,900 tons of HFC-23 gases.
