Dammu Ravi, AS & Coordinator [COVID-19], Ministry of External Affairs told the media that the government has evacuated 20,473 foreign nationals as of yesterday. "This is an ongoing process. We are receiving excellent cooperation. This is all government effort," the official said. Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said that surgical masks are not required for all. One can wear a towel, handkerchief or handmade mask, he said.
