A 4-year-old child was fined Rs. 56,000 by the village panchayat in Jharkhand's Godda district on allegations of setting a paddy threshing floor on fire. However, the four-year-old accused identified as Karan Shah denied setting the paddy threshing floor ablaze. The incident happened in Chhindab village under the Muffasil Police Station limits. Sumitra Devi and Madan Shah, the parents of the kid, have been asked to pay the fine.
