1035 cases, 40 deaths reported in last 24 hours: Health Ministry

The Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Lav Aggarwal today told the media during his routine press conference that 7,447 cases of the novel coronavirus have been reported in the country so far. 1035 cases of the pandemic were reported in the past 24 hours. As many as 642 people have been cured of the disease and discharged from the hospital till now. 239 deaths have been reported till now, including 40 deaths since yesterday.
