A 60-year-old man was stunned on finding his own pictures of his amputated leg been used on cigarette packets without his consent in France. His son discovered the pictures and brought the packet home. The pictures were displayed with a message 'smoking clogs your arteries'. But the man says he lost his leg due to a 1997 shooting in Albania. His lawyer will be contacting the European Commission to find out what had happened.
