A 'Well-Hatched' conspiracy: Court on violence in Delhi's Chand Bagh

A Delhi court called the riots in Delhi's Chand Bagh area, that took place after the anti-CAA protests, a well-hatched conspiracy. Delhi Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Purushottam Pathak summoned 17 accused involved in the murder of head constable Ratan Lal. Ratan Lal had gunshot wounds and 24 other injuries on his body. "They (accused) planned the manner of committing riots, murder and other offences," the court said.
