Telangana Minister Chamakura Malla Reddy said that accused in case of minors' rape and murder should be encountered. The statement that could spark a fresh controversy, came in the backdrop of the alleged rape and murder of a minor girl in the Saidabad area. "We will nab the accused and will encounter him. We will stand by the victim's family. We will provide aid to the family," Reddy, who is the Labour Minister said.
