AIIMS Director says air pollution may add to the burden of Covid19 disease

AIIMS director Randeep Guleria has said that the government bodies need to be more aggressive towards controlling air pollution amid the Covid19 outbreak as increased pollution may lead to a huge burden of diseases. "There is no doubt that we are having a second wave but possibly multiple waves in different parts of the country as the number of cases increase," he said while underlining the need to act on multiple fronts.
