Among hospital staff; sanitation workers, attendants most exposed to Coronavirus: AIIMS Delhi study

An AIIMS analysis has shown that all workers especially sanitation workers & attendants are more susceptible to COVID-19. The study shows a total of 321 positive cases that were reported from April 11 to June 8; of these 238 were healthcare workers. One of the researchers under anonymity said that the main reason for many sanitation workers & ward boys catching infection may be due to lack of low-quality PPE provided to them.
