Australia to get $1.4 Billion to recover from bushfires

Australian government has pledged $1.4 billion over two years to help recover from the devastating crisis caused by catastrophic bushfires. Prime Minister Scott Morrison, whose government has faced a lot of criticism for the slow response to the emergency situation, has promised $1.4 billion of taxpayer money for the national recovery fund. 24 people have lost their lives till now, with 1,800 homes damaged.
