Now, officials cannot give an excuse that they don't have a way to monitor which roads need repairs. Thanks to 2 SCET engineers- Dipen Babariya & Mishal Jariwala who built a detection system to monitor the state of roads in a city. It is basically a sensing system that you can fit in your car which maps the road condition as you drive. They developed it as a part of their course & now market it as part of company RoadMetrics.
