Bengaluru doctors harvest flesh from cancer patient's stomach to give him new tongue

A 53-year-old auto driver from Bangalore got a new tongue after the doctors harvested a part of flesh from his stomach. The auto driver developed an ulcer on his tongue two months ago which started developing into cancer. In order to stop the spread of cancer, doctors performed a radical surgery that involved the removal of three fourth of the right tongue and lymph nodes from both sides of the neck.
