Bengaluru Railway official suspended for hiding her Coronavirus positive son in guest house

An official of the South Western Railway has been suspended for "hiding" her son at a railway guest house in Karnataka’s Bengaluru. The suspended official's son returned from Germany via Spain and later tested positive for coronavirus. The Assistant Personnel Officer (Traffic) had not informed the authorities about her son. The civic body has also sealed the guest house the suspended official's son was hiding in.
