Providing major relief to the builders, the Supreme Court today lifted the ban on overnight construction in the Delhi-National Capital Region. A bench of Justices including Arun Mishra and Deepak Gupta, while hearing builders’ plea altered the supreme court’s earlier ruling and asserted that the interim order of stopping constructions between 6 PM-6 AM has served its purpose now.
