An Indonesian health official Sitti Hikmawatty has reportedly made a bizarre claim that women can get pregnant by swimming in a pool with men with strong sperm & can happen even without penetration. These claims were made during an interview & after facing severe backlash, she apologised for her comments. Hikmawatty is the commissioner for health, narcotics & addictive substances at the Indonesian Child Protection Commission.
