As part of 'Mission Begin Again', the BMC issued new guidelines for opening markets and shops in the Mumbai city for full working hours with certain conditions. “Markets and shops in Mumbai, which has seen a steady rise in COVID-19 cases, are now allowed to function for "full working hours" except on Sundays,” the civic body said on Tuesday amending its lockdown guidelines in a major relief for citizens.
