A rubber dinghy with 91 migrants onboard that left Libyan shores trying to reach Europe has gone missing in the Mediterranean. The inflatable boat was carrying mostly African migrants and sailed from al-Qarbouli, 50 kilometers east of Tripoli on February 8. News of the missing boat whose last location was tracked near Libya raised questions amid criticism of EU’s shortage of rescue missions in the Mediterranean Sea.
