Child, 5, carries baby sibling half a mile in -31C temperatures

A five-year-old child carried 18-month-old toddler sibling in Alaska half a mile to reach a neighbor's house in temperature minus 31 degrees when the lights went off and they were left alone at the house. The toddler was only wearing socks and light clothing when state troopers reached there for primary investigation. It’s still unclear how long the children were on their own without any adult supervision.
