Chinese drug trafficker on death row digs 100-feet tunnel into sewer to escape prison

In an unbelievable incident, a Chinese drug trafficker named Cai Ji Fan, who was sentenced to death in 2017 for trafficking 110 kilograms (230 pounds) of methamphetamine, dug a 30-meter tunnel from his cell to escape a jail near Indonesia's capital. Fan escaped Tangerang prison in Banten last week by digging a narrow tunnel that connected to a sewer. This was the second time that he escaped from prison.
