CJI Bobde rescues himself from hearing review petition of Nirbhaya convicts, hearing postponed

The Supreme Court postponed the hearing of review plea filed by one of the four men convicted in the 2012 Delhi Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case. The hearing was postponed after CJI S A Bobde who was on the bench hearing the case rescued himself from hearing the plea. The hearing will now take place tomorrow. The petition has been filed by Akshay Kumar who is the lone Nirbhaya convict not to have filed a review plea until now.
