The death toll due to the novel coronavirus has crossed 10,000-mark in Britain. More than 114,000 people have died due to the pandemic across the world while over 1.8 million people have been infected. The US has the highest death toll, with over 555,000 confirmed cases. Israel’s former chief rabbi Eliahou Bakshi-Doron, who was known for promoting interfaith dialogue, died Monday after contracting coronavirus.
