Assam government on Tuesday reported its first novel coronavirus positive case after a 52-year-old man was tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The 52-year-old man, hailing from Karimganj district, was suffering from high fever and other complications since the past few days. Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that he is undergoing treatment at Silchar Medical College and his condition is stable.
