Coronavirus: Shaheen Bagh cleared; protestors removed from site

Amid the growing fear of the outbreak of novel Coronavirus, Shaheen Bagh, the epicentre of the anti-CAA protests in Delhi, was cleared this morning by police forces. Several people, including women, were detained overnight after they refused to clear the protest site despite repeated persuasion. All except five of the protesters had withdrawn from the site on Sunday. The tents were also removed from the site.
