Covid19 aid to infected Delhi Police personnel reduced to Rs 10,000 from Rs 1 lakh amid rising cases

Delhi Police has decided to reduce the aid given to its personnel who get infected with the coronavirus while on duty from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 10,000 as the number of cases among the personnel continue to rise. The officials have said that more than 250 personnel of Delhi Police have been infected with Covid-19 so far. The amount given to the family of a cop who dies of viral infection has been increased from Rs 7 lakhs to Rs 10 lakh.
