Covid19: Assam authorities begin door-to-door testing in Guwahati

After a sudden spike in coronavirus cases, Assam has started a door-to-door testing campaign in Guwahati. The health department will conduct door-to-door test in Ward no.2 (Pandu area) from July, with the aim to conduct 3,000 tests in 2 days. The state has purchased 2 lakh antigen kits for fast testing. Pandu area is a major hotspot of 'community transmission' with 90% people having no travel history.
