Russia has temporarily spotted the phase 3 trials of its coronavirus vaccine due to high demand and a shortage of doses. The vaccinations in the country are scheduled to start on November 10. However, Russia's health minister Alexei Kuznetsov has said that “the target of 40,000 vaccinated volunteers will be met." Nearly half of the volunteers have received the first component. Just 7,000 people have received the second component.
