18-year-old British teenager Charlie Condell, who started an eight-month, 18000 miles, solo bike journey around the world to break a record after finishing Clifton College in Bristol, had his cycle, camping gear, passport and other equipment worth £4,000 stolen in Australia on Day 103 of his journey. Calling the incident 'sub-ideal', he still remained optimistic about completing his pedalling journey by March.
