With each passing day, the death toll in Bihar's Muzaffarpur is increasing due to Acute Encephalitis Syndrome and has reached 100 today even after even as the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar announced an ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh each. The doctors in the states are trying hard to save as many lives as possible but they are seemed to fail in their efforts. In 2014, Bihar reported 120 AES deaths.
