Delhi govt imposed Penalty for Delayed Projects in Illegal Colonies

Delhi government has directed imposition of penalty on contractors for any delay in the projects in the unauthorized and illegal colonies, to speed up the development work in those areas. There are 1,600 unauthorized colonies in Delhi and the residents of those areas play a crucial role to decide the fate of the political parties. Any complaint about them will be taken in serious condition, according to the officials.
