Delhi HC grants bail to rape accused as his name was tattooed on woman's forearm

"It is not easy to make the art if there is resistance from the other side," the Delhi High court said while granting bail to a rape accused whose name was tattooed on the woman's forearm. “In my opinion, making tattoos is an art and a special machine is required for the same," justice Rajnish Bhatnagar said. The complainant had accused the man of forcing her to have physical relations with him by threatening and blackmailing.
