Delhi HC issued notice to firm using Snapdeal brand name in fraudulent scheme

Some firm in Delhi were running fraudulent schemes using Snapdeal's brand name and Delhi High Court has slammed notices to them asking for a reply within the next 30 days. Jasper Infotech, that runs Snapdeal has earlier complained about entities using the Snapdeal brand name. It also asked the web hosting firms to suspend the fraud domains. The fraudulent schemes were spreading through SMS's offering great prizes.
