Delhi High Court dismisses Centre’s request to clarify order in lawyers vs police case

The Delhi High Court dismissed the application filed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) seeking clarification of the High Court’s November 2 order on the clash between police and lawyers in Tis Hazari Court. The court also dismissed another application by police in which it sought permission to lodge FIR against lawyers in the Saket District Court incident. A group of lawyers launched a protest against the cops earlier today.
