The Punjab government has failed to restrict farmers from burning stubble and that has led to increasing pollution in Delhi. The climate in Delhi has once crossed the 'severe' mark after getting normal for a few days. The number of stubble burning incidents have already crossed the 48,000 mark on November 11. According to a report, 2000 cases of stubble burning are being reported on a daily basis in Punjab.
